My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very cosy, clean, and comfortable, furnished in typical Fez style, making the whole experience more than perfect. The service was exceptionally welcoming and kind, going above and beyond to meet all my needs. The location was just perfect, allowing me to explore the traditional ancient life of the Fessi people. The dining experience was just as excellent, especially in the courtyard. Overall, a wonderful stay!

I couldn't have asked for a better room at the hotel; it was spacious, beautifully located on the highest floor with an outside balcony overlooking the stunning courtyard. The service was impeccable from start to finish, with the staff going out of their way to assist us with everything. The location couldn't be more perfect, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the traditional ancient life of Fessi people. The dining experience was a mix of traditional and improved, with some dishes more enjoyable than others.

I have to say, staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The room was the most beautiful one I've ever stayed in, superbly spacious, nicely decorated, and loaded with amenities. However, the dining experience had its ups and downs. The service was top-notch, with staff being courteous, obliging, and even upgrading us to a suite at no extra cost. The location was unbeatable for exploring the many quaint shops, but it could get a little shady at night in the alleyways. Overall, highly recommended for a visit to Fes!
